Where do we deliver and what does it cost?

Free delivery in 2 weeks is still available.
Riviera Home’s delivery partners are following government COVID-19 guidelines on hygiene and social distancing and so no assembly will be offered.

Delivery is free to the British mainland (except the Highlands) Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands and specific postcodes in remote areas incur an additional cost.

These costs range from £80 to £200 so please email info@rivierahome.co.uk if you reside in these areas. 


Our Delivery Service Explained

Delivery is usually within 2 weeks from when you place your order.

We’ve thought long and hard about our delivery service which needed to fully understand our brand and provide a level of service in line with the high quality of furniture we provide our customers. Like everything else we do here at Riviera Home we decided to go the extra mile and provide our customers with a 2 person delivery service whom will: 

  • Book a date with a AM/PM window in with our customers giving 48 hours notice prior to delivery

  • Provide a 3 hour time slot the night before delivery

  • Call on the delivery day with an ETA usually an hour before arrival

  • Provide a 2 person delivery to the room of our customers choice

  • Unpack all items

  • Check all items for any issues

  • Assemble any furniture items that require assembly

  • Remove all packaging to be recycled

As each of our beds is customised, we cannot accept returns unless there is an issue with quality such as damage.

If an item is shown as damaged upon delivery then we are happy to repair and replace as appropriate. If however you are unsatisfied with any of our beds then please contact our customer services team at Riviera home to discuss and resolve the matter.
